About

Who you’ll be working with.

David Stehlik is the founder of Fourscene, a strategy and business-education consultancy, and the author of Crafting Strategy: Becoming a Strategist Through Case Activity Practice and a video learning program bridging undergraduate and MBA-level strategic management education. He is also the author of Integrated Delivery: Innovating Leadership for Outstanding Healthcare Outcomes. He holds a BA from Hillsdale College, an MHA and MBA from the University of Saint Francis, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University.

As an Associate Professor of Management and Leadership at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN, he educates the next generation of business professionals in the Business and Leadership Pathway and directs their undergraduate capstone in business strategy. Tenured in 2025, he is trained and certified in case method and simulation-based instruction and is committed to increasingly experiential forms of learning and educating.

Since 2024, he has led capstone students into collaborative partnerships with area business leaders, where student teams put applied GenAI skills to work and surface opportunities for organizational AI implementation that improves decision-making. Aside from developing strategy and AI curricula, he also teaches experiential ethics and entrepreneurship, and a certification course in evidence-based management.
