What we collect
When you submit the intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, and (optionally) phone number; your organization’s name, industry, size, and your role; the type of training or consulting you’re interested in; your goals and any context you share; details about an event you may have attended; and your preferred meeting format.
How we use it
We use this information solely to prepare for and schedule a discovery conversation with you, and to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How it’s stored and shared
Your submission is stored in a database hosted by our website hosting and database provider and is accessible only to Fourscene. Our site loads fonts and styling from third-party content-delivery networks, and our scheduling is provided by Cal.com; these providers may receive your IP address, and Cal.com processes the details you enter to book a meeting, as part of providing their service. We do not otherwise sell or rent your information.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on the areas where submissions are reviewed. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We retain intake information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, and we delete it sooner on request.
Cookies
We use functional cookies only — one to keep your place in the intake form, and one to secure administrative sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, applicable state privacy laws may give you additional rights over your personal information; we honor those requests where they apply.
Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent version.
